ABOUT US
Romen Personnel has been recruiting exclusively IT staff since 2015. Until 2021, we carried out recruitment for personal projects of our group companies as well as for our partners from the EU, the US, and the Middle East. At this stage, we are interested in attracting new partners and will be glad to cooperate.
If you are interested in information about our clients, we can personally inform you about some of them. We will not be able to provide information about all clients due to the confidentiality agreement.

R&D office
We create R&D offices in Ukraine for IT companies from the USA, Europe, and Asia.
We open representative offices of our partners' companies in different cities of Ukraine. Then we completely take over the office management, we control all business processes and financial indicators.
